Civic Results: A Resource for Colorado's Local Leaders

Colorado's local governments continue to face increasingly complex challenges—from housing and economic development to infrastructure, public engagement, and regional collaboration. At Civic Results, our mission is to help communities navigate those challenges by providing practical resources, trusted partnerships, and opportunities for local leaders to learn from one another.

Through the Metro Mayors Caucus, we convene 38 mayors from across the Denver metropolitan region to collaborate on issues that cross municipal boundaries. By fostering consensus and relationship-building, communities are better equipped to address regional priorities while preserving local decision-making.

This fall, we will welcome a new cohort to the Municipal Leadership Academy, a statewide leadership program that prepares mayors and local elected officials to lead effectively in today's rapidly changing environment. Participants gain practical skills, hear from subject matter experts, and build lasting relationships with peers from communities of all sizes across Colorado.

We're also expanding our work through the Future Housing Coalition, which is developing a suite of implementation tools to help communities address housing challenges. Rather than advocating for one-size-fits-all solutions, the Coalition focuses on practical resources—including community engagement strategies, financing tools, model codes, and developer best practices—that support locally driven housing solutions.
