Upcoming CML System Upgrade – What Members Need to Know

CML will upgrade our member database system beginning Monday, Feb, 16.

This upgrade improves system performance and lays the groundwork for new digital tools, including our upcoming conference app that will evolve into a year-round CML mobile app.

What this means for members 

Beginning Feb. 16 and for several days following, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: 

  • Event registrations
  • Online payments and purchases
  • Member login and account updates
  • Member directory access
  • Job bank submissions 

If you plan to register for an event, make a payment, or update your account, please do so before Feb. 16.

During the upgrade transition, systems will not be available. Once CML's database is back online, everything should work normally.

No action is required unless you hear directly from CML. No member data will be lost.
