The 2025 CML Annual Seminar on Municipal Law.
More than 150 Colorado municipal attorneys convened in Steamboat Springs for CML’s Annual Seminar on Municipal Law. During the event, which took place Oct. 10-11, attorneys learned from each other’s expertise in topics ranging from artificial intelligence in the law (Andy Frohardt, City of Boulder), developments in the Open Meetings Law (Corey Hoffmann, Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C.), aging oil and gas wells (Steven Louis-Prescott, Hamre, Rodriguez, Ostrander & Prescott, P.C.), extreme risk protection orders (Mandy MacDonald, City of Aurora; Jim Martin, City of Durango); municipal finance tools (Kirsten Crawford, Kaplan Kirsch LLP; Dan Foote, City of Steamboat Springs; Dan Kramer, Town of Estes Park), appellate advocacy (Dan Kramer, Town of Estes Park; Erica Romberg, Wilson Williams Fellman Dittman; John VanLandschoot, City of Lakewood), and ethics (Rachel Morris, City of Arvada; Chris Price, Widner Juran LLP; Luis Toro, City of Boulder).
CML thanks the municipal law firms that helped to underwrite the event as Supreme sponsors — Widner Juran LLP and Murray Dahl Beery Renaud LLP — and Amicus sponsors — Butler Snow; Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C.; and Michow Guckenberger McAskin.
The full seminar schedule and materials can be found on the CML Annual Seminar on Municipal Law webpage.
