The Colorado Supreme Court will be considering whether Colorado’s constitutional term limits provision (Art. XVIII, § 11(1)) distinguishes between the offices of councilmember and mayor in the City of Thornton in calculating term restrictions and whether a partial term of office counts towards term limits.
