You can find additional information on sponsor packages and benefits in the Conference Sponsor Overview the Sponsorship form. When filling out the form, we will need your:

  • Chosen sponsorship level

  • Primary contact (name and title)

  • Form of payment

Please note at this time the sponsor form will be used for sponsorship and your primary contact only. You can add your additional attendees in March. We will let you know when registration opens. Return the completed form to Kharyl at kjackson@cml.org.
