CML Bylaws

The Colorado Municipal League’s structure and operations are controlled by a set of bylaws that can only be amended by CML member municipalities at the Annual Business Meeting each year. The bylaws establish how the League is governed and the manner in which Colorado municipalities are considered members of the League. The bylaws also require an annual conference, which is traditionally where the annual business meeting and election of CML Board members is held, and the bylaws also allow for special conferences.
