Who can sign up?
Any attorney licensed to practice in Colorado may sign up for the CML attorneys listserv, if the attorney qualifies in one of the following categories:
- In-house municipal attorneys employed by any CML member municipality.
- Attorneys in private practice who have been appointed and vested with the title of “town attorney” or “city attorney” by any CML member municipality pursuant to §§ 31-4-304 or 31-4-107, C.R.S. or any home rule charter provision.
- Any other attorney in private practice who specializes in any aspect of municipal law and provides legal services under contract to one or more CML member municipalities on a consistent and ongoing basis.

How do I sign up?
Read the CML Listserv Rules & Guidelines, fill out the form, and check the box stating that you have read and accept the CML Listserv Rules & Guidelines. All form fields are required. Your sign-up form will be reviewed and, if you qualify, your email address will be added to the list. You will receive an email notice of your addition to the list and will have immediate access to the list and its archives. By requesting a subscription to the list, you accept all of the terms and conditions outlined in the CML Listserv Rules & Guidelines.
To unsubscribe from the list, contact CML and request removal from the listserv.
