Education & Training

CML provides municipal officials the skills and education necessary for good governance in Colorado's cities and towns through a variety of learning opportunities (traditional in-person workshops, short lunchtime seminars, and convenient online webinars) on numerous topics throughout the year.

CML believes that municipal elected officials who invest the time and resources to participate in educational events to increase their knowledge of municipal government should be recognized. For this reason, in 1991 the CML Executive Board created an elected officials leadership training program, now known as CML’s MUNIversity.

The District 11 fall meeting will be hosted by the Town of Rangely at the Rangely Automotive Museum on Wednesday, October 13, beginning at 4:00 p.m., followed by a social hour and buffet dinner before concluding around 7:30 p.m. The cost of the meeting is  $23 and registrants will need to send payment to the Town of Rangely.  Enjoy your choice of blackened chicken or Asian marinated pork loin with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, dinner salad and dessert.  Social hour sponsor:  Rangely Special Districts.
