As of Monday, May 17, there are a few rooms AVAILABLE at the host hotel (3-night minimum required) Vail Marriott! Please refer to the "Lodging" tab more information.
Attention: CML was made aware in late 2017 that the Vail Marriott and Lions Square Lodge will be renovating their properties during the CML conference; this definitely impacts lodging during the conference. Vail Marriott's renovations will impact one-third of our lodging rooms. At Lion Square Lodge, the ballrooms will be under renovations, so no meetings will be held at that location. CML sessions will be held at the Vail Marriott, The Antlers, and The Arrabelle at Vail Square, all within walking distance of each other.
Vail Marriott worked with CML to secure other properties within Lionshead and Vail Village to compensate for the rooms under construction, and as of April 3, all those contracted properties are FULL. Vail Marriott will provide limited bus service to and from the listed contracted properties in Vail Village and the Town of Vail will provide transportation to/from contracted hotels and Vail Village throughout the conference. Please refer to the "Lodging" tab more information.
Contracted rooms are only for those who register to
attend our conference. Please note that some of these properties do require
a three-night lodging minimum. CML will be monitoring lodging
reservations closely to ensure rooms only go to those registered to
attend the conference. Individuals who are not registered to attend the
conference will not receive CML’s discounted rooms (and rates) in the group block.
