Emerging Manager Listserv

Who can sign up?

Managers, administrators, assistant managers/administrators, and anyone working for a member municipality whose career goal is to become a municipal manager may sign up for the CML emerging manager listserv. If you have any questions, contact Barb Major at 303-831-6411 or bmajor@cml.org.

How do I sign up?

Read the terms and conditions below, then fill out the entire form - all form fields are required. Your form will be submitted for review and, if you qualify, your e-mail address will be added to the list. Once your address is added you will have immediate access to the list

Emerging Manager Listserv - terms and conditions

By requesting a subscription to the to the list, you accept all of the following terms and conditions:

  • This list is for managers of CML member municipalities only. If you no longer work for a municipality, it is your responsibility to UNSUBSCRIBE from this list. (See directions, below.) CML reserves the right to UNSUBSCRIBE individuals at its discretion, for violation of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason.
  • Because of the fluid nature of electronic communications, CML makes no warranties regarding the confidentiality of messages sent to the manager listserv. Please use your own judgment about what is appropriate to post to the list. Users cannot assume that confidential or sensitive information will remain so.
  • This list is designed to facilitate communication among managers/administrators, assistant mangers/administrators, and deputy managers on municipal issues, including relevant announcements and discussion of specific issues related to the city management. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for whatever material they submit, and have full responsibility for the message, including its reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright. CML asks users not to use language or post content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane. Please observe "netiquette" in all posts.
  • CML reserves the right to modify or discontinue the list at any time.

You may unsubscribe from the list at any time by contacting Barb Major at CML and asking for removal from the listserv.
