RequestLink is a dynamic database for the posting by CML member municipalities of requests for proposals, requests for information, and other bids for professional services. Municipal members can post their opportunities on RequestLink for free, and the postings are publicly available on the RequestLink site. Businesses then can search the RequestLink site for these opportunities.
